He took my case when no one would. He got me doctors to look at me. He got doctors work comp would allow. Many i did not see eye to eye on treatments .he battled to get me different ones. Some he was able to some not. I have look hard for different attorney's over 67, stephen is the only one that would take my case. . He listen to me. He has tryed his best what law would allow. He has many people he is trying to help. So yes he is hard to get ahold of. He is only one man trying to help the world.

BEWARE THIS SCOUNDREL! He took $5k from me and did nothing. We had agreed to a strategy, he made many promises, but he did not even take the first step to substitute in as my attorney. He does not return calls; he has provided no billing record nor any proof of any work performed. He has severely worsened our case by not meeting deadlines when we were counting on him. I want to give him negative 5 stars. He needs to refund my money NOW.

I have been a client of Mr Mackey's since opening my workers comp Case in 2008 and everything was going fine until 2013. My doctors told me that I was permanent and stationary and so I asked Mr Mackey to go ahead and set up a hearing to settle the case this was Feb 2014 and still today 2 years and 4 mos. Later I still have not settled the case Mackey's e-mail site no longer exists and his office phone is never answered and you can't leave a message. I don't understand why and he won't respond to me so I am just sitting here in limbo. Signed Furious.
