They were very professional. Whenever there was an update in my case, I was contacted with the information. My questions were answered within a timely manor. When it came time to settle, I was very pleased with the amount. I was soon notified after that they were able to settle for more. Thank you.

They dont keep you updated, they don't answer emails, everytime you email the last person you delt with, they refer you to a new person, only after you call the front desk and ask questions. This place is a circus. Maybe a high staff turnover rate. But i am beyond disappointed. Piss poor performance. They dont fill you in, regarding their proposals or negotiations. I would like to know, where i stand, i believe its my right to know as a client.

I don't recommend them, they do not answer calls and they are not serious people, they just want money they do not care about people.
