Ms. Susan Martinez has gone above and beyond anything I had expected of a lawyer. I contacted Ms. Martinez's office seeking legal advice. Her assistants were professional and prompt. They answered any questions I had to the best of their ability and connected me with Ms. Martinez shortly after. Due to a crazy school schedule with the military, I was only available to talk to Ms. Martinez via phone during lunch hours. She gave a free consultation (during her lunch hours) and asked me to contact her again after she had some time to research my case. When I contacted her after a few days, her assistants set me up with another phone consult. Ms. Martinez offered up all of her time with me for free. She didn't charge the time she spent researching. She said she was giving the time for free because I am in the military. I ended up not taking any legal action. Ms. Martinez was 100% honest with me and advised me in the path that was best for me, not for her. I really appreciated Ms. Martinez's time and advice.
