Got a call from Pam with a reference number, called it back and they told me they didn’t call me? I had a voicemail with a reference number and called the same woman back less than 5 minutes later and was told I was wrong and she was SO rude.

EDIT: OVER THREE YEAR LATER I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN A STAR. CHARGED ME $500 INSTEAD OF $50 AND NOW I HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I currently do not have a phone and I’ve been trying to get in contact for a few days through email. Get the “Someone will be with you shortly” message from the website and haven’t heard back in days. Was also never given any info to log into the website to pay or see my current balance. Have one document showing a balance much higher than documentation given when setting up payments.

Mr Sullivan and paralegal Christina worked tirelessly to get my DUI arrest dropped to a reckless driving. Still two years later I rate this office 1 star, I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had a file with them that I learned was paid off, yet they kept cashing my checks that were sent to them automatically from my bank account. And now it has been a month since discovering this and I have still not received an answer as to where my additional payments owed back to me has went. Very unprofessional.
