Lamuel has been great. I’ve yet to meet with my legal team but he did a good job setting me up, & making me feel safe and explained the process well. He got my paperwork to me in a timely manner. Integrity is important and the fact that he’s done everything he said he would; return calls, and called when said he would - is 5 stars. Looking forward to meeting the legal rock stars!
This organization is the worst possible law firm around. Be especially careful with Linda Tappa! She is unprofessional, argumentative, and feels she is above all even though she has not have a clue of what she is doing. This place will try to wiggle their way into additional payments. Management is never available or involved. I had numerous meetings that they did not show up to or even communicate their unavailability. Stay away! I recorded every conversation that demonstrated their un honest ways and manipulations.
I have an autistic son and I'm dealing with parental alienation. I explained I live in different state and hadn't heard from my son in months. I asked if they would call and check on my son. They asked me why hadn't I called to check on him. They obviously didn't listen to anything I said. I asked for a full refund and they acted if I was wrong and tried to argue with me. They have no empathy and don't listen I had to continually rep
I had the opportunity to speak with Karl who works directly with Bryan Fagan. Karl’s ability to listen, take notes & remain so compassionate are invaluable to their team. I can’t thank her enough for the conversation and everyone in their group should acknowledge how important Karl’s role is for a clients first impression. Articulate & patient with stellar attention to detail. MUST READ: IF YOU ARE IN A DIVORCE SITUATION…. OBTAIN AN ATTORNEY WITH WHATEVER MEANS IT TAKES. Never sign a divorce without representation. Keep searching for help and don’t give up. CALL THIS OFFICE and talk to one of their attorneys before signing anything with anyone. They are definitely worth your consideration. From experience, don’t wait. If time is our most valuable asset that we can never get back, it seems this group will fight for your resolution so that you can move on with life. Priceless. ** I’ll post an update after my hour consult with Bryan specifically. I’m confident there will be zero regrets for that meeting and cost. I attended a free consultation with general staff and a paralegal in 2022. Bryan Fagan actually followed up with a personal phone call to answer any questions about the case. He listened and went above and beyond to explain his confidence in what I am facing. He listened to a few specific case details and responded with examples of how they would be able to address them which reduced my fear of retaining their office immediately. I wasn’t ready at the time because of other logistics, but they continued to check in, knowing they can help & reminding me of their dedication. It shows how efficient & effective they would treat each case. Bryan… well, he just “get it”. Again, his personal call and diligence is an amazing example of showing that he will go above & beyond. Pair that with Karl and the other staff? It’s a solid team. Common sense, ready to fight for Justice & hopefully remove barriers alongside who they serve. I’ve spoken to SO many attorneys in Texas about the specifics of my situation & I have not found the level of confidence (for a very complex case) anywhere EXCEPT here. They know the laws that are outside of the “normal” situation. I don’t have to quote any statutes to the attorney as it seems thus far. He knows the law like the back of his hand. Look ant his published articles & case references that demonstrate the knowledge for exceptional representation. What they’ve given me (so far) in free consultations & communication is invaluable. Hope is the most critical component of justice that can sustain you, or break you if it’s lost. If your in survival mode, just call. Because where there is a will, you will find a way. Look for the helpers. Look for people like this who provide hope alongside you. Money for retainers? That is hard in some situations. But this office does have some affordable solutions. Other free legal services are hard to find so I’ll list a few as I gather the best in Texas. Do whatever you can to gather the pieces, sit down with an attorney here… and see what you can work out. They won’t give up, why should you? Long review, yes. But worth the read hopefully. If not for this office as a compliment… I sincerely believe someone who reads this (while in need) may find an ounce of energy through whatever they’re facing.
Complete SCAM! THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS HAVE A CARD LINKED WITH THEM. THEY ARE SUPER GREEDY AND DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. they surely won't tell you the truth about your case because they care about the long term money they can make . Some of the staff like Audra and Alexis are great but that's only 2 out the whole staff ! They should consider moving to a better location that care about there career because the overall company service reflect them negatively too.
