I am writing this review as a real estate professional. I had a home listed as a regular sale and as we were under contract it came up that the seller was net negative and this would need to be a short sale. I was referred to The Sokol Firm and Amber, they were quick and rockstars throughout the processes. At every point of the transaction, they were there to guide me as this was my 1st short sale as a Realtor. As the short sale was moving along I had many agents, my broker, and processor doubt that we will close in under a year and Amber and her team were able to close and get the bank's approval in under 40 days!!! and closed quickly after receiving the approval a week later! the buyer, seller, and I are so grateful we were connected with Amber at The Sokol Firm. If a have any short sales in the future I will absolutely recommend them!!!
