Not long ago, my daughter decided to fight a DUI. She felt she was wrongly accused and wanted to clear her record. I was at the trial which dragged on for 10 days, for a simple DUI with no damages to people, places or things. The prosecution must have thought this was an easy case and did not prepare. That's the only thing that makes sense because her attorney made him look unprofessional and (I hate to say it, but, incompetent) Her Top Gun attorney not only represented her with excellence and commitment, but really taught the two arresting officers a lot more about how to perform a DUI evaluation and what they should have known. I think they got a better education in the court room then they did in the police academy! Do you believe in Miracles? Except at Christmas and Easter I didn't. Do you believe what they say in commercials on talk radio? That falls somewhere between doubtful and 'you have got to be kidding'. Someone very close to me got a flat tire while going home from a company party. She pulled over to change it when a police car pulled in behind her and instead of helping with the tire she was arrested for DUI. All her friends would say to her, 'don't worry about it just get that 'Top Gun' guy and you will be fine'. But what they were thinking was more like, 'pack your bags, put out the cat and kiss your derriere goodbye'. Well the jury trial went on seemingly forever, but I have to tell you… now, 'I believe'. I believe in miracles, I believe what they say in commercials and I believe that Myles L Berman is 'the' Top Gun. He took command of the proceedings from the start; Perry Mason couldn't have done a better job. He smothered the prosecution and when he got through with the Officers that took her in, we were all ready to take up a collection to send them back to Police Officer School so they could learn how to do their job correctly. Trust me when I tell you that if you have a DUI problem there is only one phone call to make, and that is Top Gun Myles L Berman. You made believer out of me. Thank you!
