Went to Carlsbad show and paid $1,700 for a trust. Because of a car accident and surgery I never could connect to start the process! Now moving out of CA and do not need a CA trust! Contacted him. So far he has REFUSED to REFUND MY MONEY! He also sent a pkg of Boilerplate forms filled out automatically by typing my name! Fraudently claiming "work" he can charge for! I've worked for honest Attorneys and my son is a TOP Atty in another state. Sorry to say, this is illegal and NOT good business practice!! He also failed to inform us that CA charges. Hefty annual fee for a Trust that other states Do Not Charge! Failure to Disclose! He only offers a boilerplate trust...Not Personalized!! Very Disappointed in his Failure to Return my money!!

I had an interview scheduled with this company at 12 pm. I prepared the night before, and had handy a resume, references, and a list of resources that would help the company better their brand. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was no visible wheelchair accessible entrance. I called at 12pm, asking the best way to enter the building, to find that Jeff had already left for lunch. I explained the situation to the receptionist and was promised a call back which never came. I was prepared to promote this business, but don't have anything good to say.
