I had my accident 3 years in November. But I have been waiting to get paid for almost a year and it's not in the millions that I'm getting. I have been past from person to person and office to office. Now I have been dealing with Denise Kesler the head of accounting for the past 8 months and now she doesn't email me back and her voicemail is full so you can't leave a message and I call the office number an it says that it's busy and no one answers and no voicemail. So I'm in California and now I'm dealing with Utah for my payment. So I would say use another law office if you can...

Hello everyone I would like to inform you that do not hire layfield and Barrett the review that ur reading are the people that work for them Iam present client what they do is make u believe that Mr layfield or Mr Barrett will be the attorney in ur matter but they are not one to handle ur case trust me IV swindled by this firm they will under bid ur settlement me and u will receive nothing but as a frustated person and when ur trying to get answer in which IV done I get no where with they transfer ur call to Arizona they give the run after receiving ur settlement very poor service and lack of people skill there nice in the beginning then they become rude after taking ur money do not sign with this not unless u want to be in the same situation as Iam thank u for thank my advice if I had a choice I would give them any I post a review on them last and now they have a new Yelp review that just show how bad they don't want people to read about what did to me as client they took my settment check the owe me 23 thousand watch out for Tod Wakefield they are crooks they also never payed my medical bills
