Avoid them like the plague. I used Michael many years ago, he was a great attorney. I had a dealing with within the last five years and I was very disappointed. He talked a great game until he received his retainer. I never saw him at his office after that. He showed up for court, but he was more interested in talking to his lawyer friends about flying private jet around the country.He fumbled in front of the judge and I got nailed for something that I didn't do. He lost more cases than won in recent years. I would use a public defender before I would use him.
