I called about employment law, something that they clearly state that they cover, yet before even allowing me a chance to talk to the secretary or a lawyer, they filtered me out and said they couldn't help me. When I asked for a referral, or even something as basic as "if not you, what type of lawyer should I be calling?", they couldn't help me. Also, even if I did manage to get a consultation, they said that it would be $200, just for the 1 hour consultation. What a joke.
