I give Legacy Community Health 20 stars!! Obviously each and every staff member is treated very well because each and every staff member treats each and every patient like royalty!! I have been to Legacy-Montrose numerous times over the last few months and every time I am treated with respect and care...plus some more! I am very pleased with my provider, Dr. Lacson, and his staff. The online portal is an amazing plus!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been a client at Legacy since the early 90’s, Legacy has always had a special place in my heart so much so that I worked there also. Having been on “both sides of the counter” so to speak , my viewpoints are unique and have given me viewpoints that are quite full spectrum. Like any organization, Legacy has had some issues that occasionally needed improvement or attention due to rapid growth and demand for services. My experience has been when made aware of a problem or issue, they readily will attempt to address or correct.(. I currently give them a grade of B- to C+. I have experienced services from other organizations and never have any of them surpassed the quality of care that Legacy offers. It is important to note that they are thorough in the registration process for clients and once you attain that, it is definitely something that you will want to retain and keep current so that you can enjoy the benefit of care that is offered.

My second time to leave a review because Lagacy is deserving of 5 stars. Amazing staff and medical professionals. They never cease to amaze me in their respectful and helpful knowledge. Getting the proper diagnosis by professionals you can trust has made a huge difference in our lives! Highly recommend Legacy! I am so glad we found them!

I had no appt but walked in and was greeted by front desk and directed to line waiting for rep., lucky timing I guess, only 1 person in front of me. The staff was able to confirm booking same day (1.5 hours), everyone I encountered was professional & courtesy. The provider was also professional and very informative.

Legacy doctor and nursing staff has taken good care of me and my family for 9 years. We have been satisfied with our treatment and healthcare providers here since 2014. I recommend professional therapeutic environment to all those looking for emotional mental and spiritual stability.
