They sell thier services to the insurance company by telling them they will save them money. Then they screw over the insured to do so. The customer in need suffers in order to support this place.
Disclaimer: This is the WORST service I have ever had. My claim was submitted at the end of January and I received a letter in the mail dated February 8, 2021 with my insurance claims representative. I was hopeful, but this has turned into a nightmare. I have called almost weekly since but conveniently my representative is always out to lunch or not in the office. I am starting to wonder if this person even exists. I have received NO communication or phone calls back even after the secretaries time after time would say they are escalating the issue. It is May 28, 2021, so I have had damage in my kitchen for almost 1/3 of the year without even talking to this representative one time. Today, as I called again, and again as my representative was "out to lunch" as usual the secretary said it shows the account was closed and payment had been received. I haven't even talked to my representative one time, let alone received any sort of monetary payment. I am appalled that we have companies who are able to treat people this way.
The worst customer service i ever experienced . Rude, angry, sarcastic, dont think i have to keep going ? I have had three claim adjusters, no wait 4 ! They all have a terrible attitude like your work comp. check comes out of their own pocket. Sedgwick has some rude claims adjusters. They need to relax & start having a way better attitude. Its not the injured persons fault so just be nice to us. I finally had to call the vice president of the company. Its the only way they move their A **•s . Good luck people.
What a joke. One minute into the conversation about my claim and I was denied and she was quick to hurry because she had plans to leave at 4 so she was rushing and giving me attitude. When I asked for her supervisor she was quick to say she won’t see it because she already seen the claim and I asked for her number to call she quickly gave it and then that’s all sir and sorry and hung up.
Put a claim in 3 months ago for damage of my flooring and I can't get a hold of nobody there's no direct answer. Watts is my specialist and she keeps blowing me off. So now I have to spend $1,000 for my home insurance to cover my flooring.
