Needed their help in summer of 2020. They were rude and disrespectful. Told me i had no case and they would not help.I decided to go ahead with my small claims case on my own and i won my case, hands down. Do not recommend these place to anyone

Every time I have ever had to call this business over the years, they have mama they have helped me with resources it sources and Oftentimes can help me on the spot so I don't necessarily need to find an attorney. I just needed a good place to start looking for my information.

Bad advice, housing issue and the lawyer was totaly incorrect about what the law really is. This is really sad because where are the poor to turn? If you only want to help women as last review stated then cal it womens legal aid. Made me look like a fool when talking to the other party with my issue.

My experience with North West legal was very discriminatory for me as a 58 year old gay man . I called them for advice and help with an abusive woman, Northwest then turned around and represented the abusive woman against me . Legal services of NW Mn. Only wants to help women, not gay men. I was outraged and still am.

I dont think the income guidelines are fair...You can be too poor to pay for an actual lawyer BUT be $50 over the income guidelines to even ask one of their lawyers a legal question....pretty sad if you ask me...
