I had the pleasure of communicating with the most awesome, outstanding, phenomenal Customer Care Representative EVER !! Her position is Senior Loan Specialist but her professionalism, kindness & patience is truly the pinnacle of mind-blowing client care & appreciation. This beautiful, talented young lady's name is the great ( Senior Loan Specialist) Ms. Carrie Jones !! Ms. Jones is really one of a kind. Ms. Jones delivers the kind of client care that is beyond your wildest dreams! She stayed in contact with me as I was deciding if I should apply for this loan or not. My fears were the finance charges & annual percentage rates would be "sky high". Ms. Jones was so wonderful, patience & understanding as she explained everything to me pertaining to the loan. Everything from total payments & percentage rates. She also explained the number of payments. But most of all it was explained in laymen's term ! Please give Ms. Jones my sincerest thanks & gratitude. Confidently, Ms. Jones is exceptionally remarkable & her professionalism is what Lending Point competitors desperately need. Thank you Ms. Jones. You are the greatest.....By the way she definitely qualifies for a 5 step pay increase.

I found the lending point to be very easy and straightforward to work with. I applied online and submitted all of my documents online as well. I worked with a gentleman named Josh (Shaw I believe). He was super helpful. It took about 2 days for approval and maybe another day or 2 for funding. Repayment has been a breeze since I signed up for auto draft. So far I have zero complaints and would definitely recommend them.

I had no issues in getting a loan or making payments all that works fine but I find it pretty sketchy that I can see a payment history but no info on how the balance is effected. Example, I make a payment but I can't tell how it effected the balance. I can't check and see if the new balance is correct. There is no transparency here I hate that. It looks like they are hiding something.

My first experience with Lending Point was pretty good. The loan process went almost seamless and everything that was promised was delivered. My Customer Care agent the second time around made this experience extremely effortless and enjoyable. Super informative, professional, patience, pleasant with a great sense of humor. Thanks you Rahjan Randall. With great employees like you helping clients navigate difficult, sometimes potential stressful financial decisions, Lending Point will continue to definitively separate themselves from their competitors.

It's not as egregious of some of the other reviews I have read, but their promise amounts differ entirely from what they deliver. Don;t expect a better APR than 20 percent at best, in spite of what youre told prior to contacting them. I should have payed attention to negative reviews more closely, they are more than not correct.
