This is the most evasive company on taking care of customers I've ever encountered. They lie and tell you they will give your number to the people who can address your issue and they don't ever call or contact you. I called 4 times to get in touch with someone regarding damages to my car from Mister Car Wash and they just seem like its not important. Now It seems like litigation is the only recourse.
