I recently worked with Sarah Kern to create an estate plan from scratch and cannot recommend her highly enough. I have been putting off creating an estate plan for years because of uncertainty and general anxiety around the whole topic. I found Sarah to be reassuring, non-judgmental and generous with her time. I highly recommend Lerman Law firm for any real estate services. I used Phil Diamond for a dispute with a commercial landlord. I had sold my old business years ago but the landlord sued me (along with the current business owner) for back rent. I had never been served with a lawsuit before, so it was jarring. Phil was great on our initial discussion (no cost) and answered all my questions. Once I decided to have him represent me, he kept me involved and clearly provided all my options. During the entire process, he explained everything in detail and "dumbed" down all the law terms/policies. In the end, the plaintiff dismissed the lawsuit. Thanks Phil!

It’s difficult to put into words how pleased my brother and I are with our experience with Lerman Law Partners. My parents passed away 6 weeks apart this past fall, and we turned to Lerman Law to administer their trust (which Lerman Law had set up). We worked with Sarah Kern and Anitra Compos, and they were great.
