my children’s father tragically passed. As beneficiaries of his trust my children have kindly requested a copy of the Will and Trust pursuant to Missouri Chapter 473. She is the attorney who drew up the documents. The lawyer emphatically declined my children’s request. Not only once- but twice. Not only declining but also verbally condescending and telling them she refuses. Isn’t it tragic enough that my children lost their father? Now we are trying to find ways to finish making college payments, healthcare bills, even get their father a proper headstone. which were reasons their father created the trust. So his children would be taken care of. If you care about your children’s well being once you pass this is not the attorney to use.
