Wonderful experience with this team. Everyone was great at explaining how everything worked. They were quick and efficient and took all the stress off of me. It was about 10 weeks from start to finish!

I contacted Levin Papantonio because my 1st cousin was best friends with Allen Levin & my husband was a Pensacola policeman & met with Fred Levin a few times & knew him. I thought we were contacting a very caring & professional law firm but we are extremely disappointed. Virginia Buchanan refused our case after never seeing us or even talking with us. She read the hospital records & I can tell you without hesitation that after I read those records, at least 1/3 of what they reported is totally inaccurate. Our 4 kids were mortified when they saw her letter & the hospital report. They were there with us in the hospital & they know what happened & what didn't happen as well. I find it hard to respect an attorney that would treat a prospective client like they were stupid & the hospital staff are Gods. Ms. Buchanan was not interested in what happened to my husband before, during & after we left that hospital. She was too busy to care what happened to my husband or she would have met with us. We contacted your office the middle of March & never heard any more until this letter arrived yesterday, May 7th. How very sad that the firm that was once the cornerstone of this city has become so big that the average person is unimportant. You may want to adjust your advertisement as it's no longer true.

If you have half a brain, this is the law firm with its lawyers and support people that know how to take care of business.

Mr. Vigodsky and Debbie Bourne navigated the process when I had no idea what to do. I recommend calling them first if you have a work injury.

I never really felt like a person there because my claim wasn't worth big money. The two stars are for Debbie Bourne who always made me feel welcome. She should get TEN stars. The lawyer, no stars! Several times he called me and asked me the same question, always several weeks apart and often while he was driving. If you don't have a big claim and still want to be treated like a human being, go elsewhere.
