Lexington Law Credit Repair Services

Lexington Law was a tremendous help to me. I was only with them for about three months. But in that short period of time they helped clean up my credit report. They also shared tips and tools to keep it clear. At first I was skeptical. But they have proven themselves to be true. They created a file for me so that I could track the results. They stay in contact with you to make sure they are addressing your specific needs. I highly recommend this company.

Lexington Law's credit repair services are good - not great, though. They need a more user-friendly website, for starters. They also need to improve on communication with clients. It would be better if each client were a dedicated person at the firm assigned to each case so that clients do not have to explain things over and over again to several different paralegals. Also, the "upload docs" function on the site needs explaining. I uploaded docs pertinent to one of my cases and never received a call back about it, further instructions, an email... nothing! So Lex Law "sat" on it for more than a month until I finally called and basically told them what needed to be done with the docs I sent and which case it applied to. The good news is, the staff is helpful and friendly for the most part and complaints/concerns are handled promptly and their services DO PRODUCE RESULTS (I've had about 22 items removed from my credit report in the 9 months I've been a client). However, much more can be accomplished for the money if the process were more streamlined... Please note my suggestions/concerns above as to specific issues. Overall, it's a good value but would be an even better value if prices were either lowered to reflect the issues or more streamlined service were available with the "premier" accounts. I would recommend this company to assist you with credit repair services, with the caveats aforementioned noted, of course. :)

Way good experience I got results quickly and they are extremely friendly. Saw items removed from my report and were extremely helpful when I had questions. Felt very confident in their services. Would recommend using to anyone wanting to fix or build credit. 10/10 experience!

To anyone reading this google a law firm called white Jacob and associates. They will help you far far better than this "law firm" will. My experience with Lexington law was mediocre. They removed some items but they were old. White Jacobs is the way to go. And no I don't work for em. I'm a client. Save yourself 6 months or a year paying $1000 to these guys for semi productive results. White Jacobs is worth every cent and 5x faster than these guys "to quote so many representatives at Lexington law, when I ask why only 7 or 8 Letters go out at time in told "we don't want the credit companies to think your abusing the system and have it denied because your sending to many out" well that's complete total horse S***. You can dispute whatever you want how much you want and for as many times as you want. They prolong the "program" to squeeze money out of you for as long as possible sending out letters that say something as simple as " hey I dont think this account is mine your required to keep accurate records" I know this because they sent the letter to the wrong address and it Came back to me, they should remove the "law" from their name and add azzhats instead.
