UPDATE - Our recommendation from the original review still stands. One payoff was not sent as promised and arrived seven (7) days after final signing of paperwork, resulting in late charges, fees and negative credit reporting on our account. You have the choice to use whatever Title company you wish. Do not use First American Title Company.nnORIGINAL REVIEW - Recommend using another title company. Signing experience was okay. Disbursements were incorrect amounts and late, resulting in additional interest and penalties to us. Poor service and not trustworthy. Team Dustin will leave you regretting your mortgage company chose this branch.

Dustin and his team provided terrible customer service during my very simply cash transaction. I've purchased many homes and this was hands down the worst service and most incompetent escrow office I've ever worked with. Even my closing documents were wrong and I had to walk them through correcting them.
