I have been using Liles Parker for managing all legal and compliance matters arising in our clinical laboratory. The range of expertise is broad. They have helped me with company formation, regulatory licensing, developing a comprehensive compliance plan, setting up medical billing and many day to day questions. From the beginning, I have been extremely impressed with their efficiency, common sense approach and wealth of experience. It is kind of funny that I will call Jennifer Papa(Papapanagiotou) with a question and she will reply "I just worked on this issue with another client, and here is what is important.....". For the rare situations that she hasn't encountered, she will perform research and then come back with recommendations including footnotes! I feel that our company is in great hands with Liles Parker.

We had a Z-PIC audit, the highest level of civil investigative Medicare audits. Lorraine and Robert were with us every moment for 6 years. They became part of our staff. They knew how to guide us and calm us down in difficult times. I have deep appreciation for their dedication and knowledge. I tried two other lawyers before them, but I quickly realized that Lorraine and Robert were on top of their game. They knew how to make things simple without using complicated terminology and did not promise unless they were sure they could deliver. I still remember my first call with them and how genuine their concern was about my case. As a medical provider, I know that giving your patient comfort will ease dealing with the illness and it seems that this is true for any type of service. I am glad that I had them as my lawyers because if I chose otherwise, the pain of the process could have been much greater. They answered my emails anytime of the day, and were aware of the smallest medical detail. This is a not an easy skill to have given the complexity of the cases we had before us. Their dedication, knowledge, attention to details, genuine concern, being on your side during the bad and good times is what makes them stand out as the best lawyers I have worked with. Needing a lawyer is never fun - However, Ashley at L&P made the experience as comfortable as could be expected. When I needed a healthcare attorney with knowledge, experience and the ability to text back in a timely fashion I found Liles and Parker to be more than qualified - they were excellent. Could I have found a cheaper option? Maybe- but there are a few things you never cut corners on: toilet paper and lawyers... I couldn't recommend them any higher..

I cannot say enough good things about Robert Liles. He successfully represented our company in a Medicare audit (due to technical errors) and was able to resolve every line item. Mr. Liles made himself available when we needed to speak to him and was very diligent in his work. He interpreted letters, rules and proceedings in verbiage we could understand.
