These people are thieves. Money hungry firm with no integrity! They said I owed money for a violation when I have had a Fastrak in good standing for ten years! I called Fastrak and acquired all the proper documentation, including a letter from Fastrak stating this was an error. I submitted the paperwork to this firm and they said "We'll we disagree". They are employed by the Orange County Transit Authority to do the collections, so how can they disagree with them and collect money anyway. I refused to pay so they used the IRS to deduct money from my tax return. Proof that a government connected entity can get away with whatever they want and steal from the powerless common person.
