Linnea Levine is an incredible elder care attorney. She has a keen ability to listen and ask the right questions. She thoughtfully plans an approach, based on her client's needs, leveraging her vast knowledge and years of experience with elder care matters. She is resulted oriented, which is extremely helpful when working on cases that can involve a significant amount of research, forms and government approvals. She takes it all in stride and, with the help of her wonderful assistant Louisa, she gets the job done. I highly recommend her!

I met with Linnea to revise my will and son's special needs trust. What a difference! She took the time to fully understand our situation and the final documents were much more detailed and personalized. I feel confident that our specific needs will be met and highly recommend Linnea.

Took over $10K for services and then did not produce materials for probate and will/estate. Won't return calls, emails, and when she does she says she will send paperwork but never does. Make excuses for her incompetence. Do NOT use Linnea Levine. UPDATE: Yes Ms. Levine finally completed the files, etc. but it took this review, multiple phone calls where I would not let the dates slip by for her to deliver files. For the amount of money she took from my mother the level and quality produced was not worth the money. Let's note facts: Initial meeting January 2108 Completion of Probate fall 2019 Something we were told would be a simple filing as my father had a will that we the family filed with the courts. Notice her reply was 4 months after my initial review, that's how long it takes her to do things, that alone should be a red flag.

I would highly recommend Linnea. She is one of the foremost and well-respected elder law attorneys in Connecticut. She knows the ins and outs of elder law almost better than anyone in her field and has saved her clients thousands of dollars and many hours of heartache. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of an elder law attorney.

Linnea is not only extremely knowledgeable bur also demonstrates a very caring and personal approach. You know you are really being listened to and she is very efficient in her process- does not take forever-very results oriented.
