Keith Singleton is great in person! However, if you are trying to reach her by phone or email it is highly unlikely that she will respond. I travel for my job and can't always make an appointment to come in. I recently was trying to get in contact with Keith or someone at the office for a price breakdown of my taxes that were recently prepared, but of course it's like trying to get through Fort Knox to get in contact with Keith. The other staff at this office are nice, but lack knowledge and effective communication skills. I will definitely be looking elsewhere next year.

I prepared my own taxes for years but have been coming to Lint, Singleton & Heintz for the last four years. They are very knowledgeable and responsive and I no longer have to worry about what deductions I may be missing. I would highly recommend them!
