Lisa is very professional, my particular case took a long time but in the end it worked out. As a client if you do your part she will do her best to make sure you have the best possible outcome.

I’m revising my review as I’ve learned some life lessons and I need to give this law firm some more credit. There was one hearing in particular where I felt Mrs. Hates represented my very well. Looking back she definitely understood my situation better than I did. However I do feel that my case wasn’t presented very clearly at my final hearing and she and one of her staff members talked to me in a bit of a condescending manner. I guess when you’re right about somethings you’re in a place to speak to someone that way, but they could have been nicer.

Do NOT hire this attorney. She makes promises she cannot KEEP. Ms. Aceves Hayes decives her clients in beleiving that she will HELP them. This attorney lies, and charges if you try to dispute with her.

I’ve had a custody battle back and forth for many years and hired about 10 or more different attorneys throughout the process. She is very friendly, informative, and direct with what could/can happen. She was able to negotiate a deal. I hired her on 5/28/20 my hearing was set for 6/4/20. She was able to arrange some things around and work my case. I won custody of my son. ( Just a friendly word of advice, don’t spend money on attorneys that postpone and draw out your cases so long. They are just trying to keep getting paid. HIRE A GREAT ATTORNEY BECAUSE IN THE END YOU WILL BE PAYING THE SAME OR MORE. Please use this advice I’ve lived through it for a very long time and it is way to stressful to endure, not only on you but your children more so. I will hire Lisa Aceves Hayes for other legal matters. ( HOPEFULLY I WONT COME ACROSS ANYMORE ) But she is my new go to person. She has more than enough people working for her and they work extremely well together as team. Her employees are in sync with each other as well. They are efficient, and very interested in learning about your case and what you have to say. With the little time we had (8 days) since I hired her she had me in disbelief. I have NEVER been so content with an attorney in my life. Thank you Lisa, you and your team are excellent and I’m so very glad I know you now.
