I chose Lisa Elliott based on several positive recommendations on Next Door. In the 9 months I worked with her I simply lost count on how much I needed to follow-up to ensure my case was on track. It seems as if Lisa's personal life took precedence more than it ought to with respect to the nature of the profession she chose. Paperwork sat on her desk, she was late to court, offered bleak advice, took days to return correspondence or simply didn't respond at all. More often she passed things over to her paralegal Rita who started off helpful, but then seemed to take offense any time I had questions or needed clarification. Lastly, Joanne the 'accountant', must've went to college to learn how to talk over people because that is exactly what she did when I called to go over my invoice. I wish I could say better things about these people, but I just can't. In these times when you establish a certain salary you must deliver service in equal capacity.
