No one ever wants to hire a medical malpractice attorney but sometimes life does what it wants. Unfortunately my family needed help finding out what happened to our dad. He suddenly passed away. We needed answers and we found Art. The moment we walked in and met Art and his colleagues we knew these were the people that would help us. This was a terrible situation to be in and they made us feel safe. Over the course of a few years we spent with them, they never once made my family feel like we were a bother or just a case number. They made us feel as though we mattered . Everyone in that office we had contact with exceeded professional mannerisms . My mom found comfort in knowing that everyone was just an email away and a quick response was almost following immediately we were kept in the loop regarding everything and they always had our families best interest at heart. Jodee calmed my mothers worries away weekly and Art listened and gave invaluable advice to us. We meet a few other attorneys in the office that fought right along side Art for our family and we will forever be grateful for making sure our dads life mattered. This firm was recommended to me. I contacted them and was then contacted by a paralegal and a nurse. The nurse needed all my medical records and a written, by date, of my experience and problem with the doctor involved in the medical malpractice case. I was misdiagnosed and knew it, but Dr insisted I was wrong. After 16 months I switched insurance and doctor. My new primary listened to me, sent me to a specialist, and I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. This law firm never read my Dr notes or timeline! I was going to mail it that day but received a letter from the lawyer saying they couldn't represent me. They never contacted me, never read Dr reports. I only had conversations with their nurse. Don't waste your time with this firm!!!?

Although my situation did not turn out as I would have liked my experience with Jayson, Farthing & Skafidas was a very positive one. From the beginning they were professional, caring, and understanding. Not living in the Tampa area Mr. Skafidas drove several hours to meet with me to discuss my situation. Every time I would email I got a response within hours. They were upfront and honest. I respect that.

One of the most important things I have ever done in my life, was to give my Husband a voice after he died. He didn’t die quietly in his sleep of old age or by some freak accident that no human could have prevented. My husband died at 37yrs. from neglect by licensed medical professionals that took an oath to, “Do no Harm”. He died 2mo.7days after we were married. This team saw my husbands case through, thick and thin. They didn’t just give him a voice, they gave a Platform to replay the Neglect my husband endured in his last days, for all to witness. He was heard, Justice prevailed, Our team was Victorious. Was there money? Yes, A lot of money... Jayson, Farthing, Skafidas & Wright, P.A. Collected beyond my imaginings for Damages/Wrongful Death. But what I am most thankful for is my Husband was not forgotten, his medical chart was not hidden away until the coast was clear. And hopefully the 5yrs. his name was Spoken, Written and Read gave pause to those who “Did do harm” to NEVER repeat it again. Art, Jodee, Dr. Farthing and Chris, I could never begin to thank you enough for the Thousands of papers you read through, uncountable phone calls, meetings, interviews, late nights and early mornings. Your Dedication was and still is beyond comprehension. I am Grateful and I know my Husband is Thankful. Much Love to all of you.

I had an eerily similar experience to Mary below .Have only spoken and texted with a nurse,for several weeks. She had me run around get all of my records, gave no indication if the case stood any chance of being accepted. As time went on she became less and less responsive to my texts . If I had seen these reviews I wouldn't have even started here. I am presently seeking out a firm where the attorneys actually speak to there clients.
