My wife and I used LoMonaco Law for a house purchase last November. They were great to work with through the entire process of buying our first house! We had a basement water issue that came up on the morning of our closing that caused some last minute uncertainty and anxiety. Carly helped us understand our options and worked with the attorney of the seller to arrange an appropriate amount of funds to be withheld until the issue was addressed. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a law firm. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and are not shy of a challenge. This mostly women ran firm is the epitome of girl power- they are tough and stern because they truly want the best outcome for you.
