Hit and run in March. Finished chiropractor in June. Didn't send out medical to insurance for a settlement until mid Sept. Go to check in today, and now they're still waiting on my dad's records so we're still waiting for a settlement. Anytime you call or email to check on status, its always the same thing - waiting on this recordor that record. If/when this thing ever settles, I won't recommend. Might even consider hiring someone else to hold them responsible for dragging things out and horrible service.

These people don’t actually do anything that requires working to get the matter resolved with car insurance companies. They will help create thousands of dollars in medical bills. Total money grab business. Edit to your response: my husband and son absolutely were clients. You don’t have to have me as a client personally for me to know that your service is terrible!

I had used loncar in the past and was very impressed by the responsivness,they kept me informed and got me more money medical treatment than I'd ever expected ..Not this time a agent. Is still nor even had the other insurance company send a appraisar out my accident happened Nov.12019..what has changed in this company?

I have them as my lawyer and still haven't called me back or any update on my case.Everytime I call samething everytime. I'm really getting fed up with this

Those lawyers in Tyler Texas are not lije they use to be. My daughter has received terrible service and they didnt put her 1st hand. Seems like they are just out to get paid themselves.
