Joseph is great and a pro. He took on my HOA lawyer and destroyed them. I don't know what he told them but they went back to tell the HOA to cooperate and in the end, I got partially what I wanted. Partially since the policy had a 10k deductible. But winning against the HOA felt good. Plus they have to be checked on how not to bully tenants. Joseph was also very responsive and returned emails and phones call immediately. He was originally not going to take my case but I convinced him I needed his help. He eventually agreed and when he did, he demolished the HOA. Would recommend or hire him any day.
