Conlon & McGlynn is an amazing practice. Louise McGlynn was everything I was looking for in an attorney. She was forceful yet extremely professional; knowledgeable, resourceful and at the same time, was very empathetic to me and my situation. This attorney is known as a mediator not a litigator, and her courtroom etiquette shows that to clearly be the case. Recently this attorney, while representing the opposing side, became so enraged, that she attacked and threatened me inside the lobby of the Stamford courthouse. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and frightening. Because of her violent and unprovoked attack I felt compelled to file a complaint with the statewide Grievance Committee, the outcome of which is pending. Also on the Statewide Grievance Complaint is McCann's habit of laughing, degrading and insulting her opponents clients. Win and fight based on the merits of the case, not on the emotions of a case. Unfortunately this attorney gets too caught up in the emotions of her clients and does not focus on the facts.
