My experience with Lozito Law, LLC was a disastrous nightmare. We were completing a cross country move and depended on the knowledge and professionalism of our attorney. Unfortunately, every mistake imaginable was made which cost us thousands of dollars. The incompetence was utterly unbelievable. Weeks went by with promised closings only to end up with nothing. She was out whitted by the seller's attorney at every turn. She forwarded us emails with long chains that showed her complaining about us! She suggested scheduling appointments for closing and then had excuses for why it couldn't happen for weeks. How about Friday? Oh, no. . . sorry. Monday? Nope, On and on. I thought it was Lozito's job to represent our interests. It felt like Lozito was working for the other team! They got everything they wanted and we had to just pay and pay. When we finally did close, she only showed up for less than a minute and collected her check. Don't walk, run away!
