Not a client, but a 2nd party to a 2 page quit claim deed a Caplan lawyer drafter. Document had incorrect reference to a deed book. Caplan lawyer emailed me, instead of his client, with a mildly derogatory statement making assumptions about me, a person he never met and knows nothing about. Plus his email was so poorly worded I can't believe he has a legal background. I'm getting ready to conduct two real estate transactions of my own and based on this limited experience would not use them. In fact their actual client told me this would be the only time they use them.

LT gets this stuff done and he is truly a professional in his buisness.
