I barely heard from Michael Ditizio, one of Lundy Law’s attorneys. This was my first time in my life, I had an automobile accident. He only called me twice through this whole process. When I called him, he spoke to me as if I’ve been through this before and I understood the process on how things were done. My accident was 10/23/18 and I just received my check on 2/18/20. All of this time!! I kept in constant contact with the company in asking about my check and where in the process was it at. Always being told it’s in the process. Finally, I was told the check needed to be gotten from the adjusters and it will be a few weeks. What’s a few weeks? I was like what the hell? The accident was a year and half ago and I still hadn’t heard from anyone or seen my check. Finally, I called again because time was ticking by. Was finally told I would have it in 3 days. I finally got to pick my check up yesterday (2/18/20). It took Lundy Law forever to send out my check. This is totally ridiculous!! Good luck in working with this company. I felt the attorney really didn’t do anything for me or my case and the money that they received from doing nothing!! Just be aware!!

I wish I could give no stars. We agreed on 40% fee but, 62% of my settlement was missing. Think about that before you call or sign that contract. I'm not even going to mention the ignored phone calls, being rushed/forced into a settlement, and my case being passed to different attorney 3 times. They don't have YOUR best interest at heart!

Lundy Law and all the lawyers and paralegals were great, and helped me tremendously!!
