M.Y. Edmonds Attorney At LAW

Reviews

For many years, I have referred callers with elder law cases to fellow attorney Peggy Sanders. She is definitely the "go to" elder law attorney in my area (Snohomish and King Counties). Her great legal expertise, many years of practice, and deep concern for her clients, make her the ideal elder law attorney. I most strongly recommend her.
My husband and I put $1,000 down to have our will's updated. After several weeks of waiting, we finally called and emailed - but no response - so we went into the office to set an appointment. At this meeting, Peggy explained she had an associate work on our wills and the money was spent. As we sat there, Peggy didn't even show us the revised wills in her hand. We received absolutely nothing in exchange for our money.
I hired this firm to close my mom's estate. Probate requires many things and, even though her estate was small, I wanted to do it right. After a very slow start, their attorney did the work, and said the end was at hand. Three years later, the firm let me know they wanted to start o er. Cost and all. I pulled it, to another firm out of frustration. Stay away from this incompetent firm.
Ms. Sanders is an extremely knowledgeable attorney. I asked many questions regarding elder issues and Ms. Sanders provided answers in a simple and direct manner.
Very slow, no information on progress. Charged $54 for answering email after repeatingly trying to contact on status of trust.
