This place disappoints me in a way that is the lowest of lows!! How dare they in a time of one of their employees tragic loss of a stepchild; fire her due to family & friends gathering at her residence which is on-site of where she works to mourn & celebrate her life!! There’s a reason their rating is already a 1.8!! The rating speaks volumes in and of itself!! Heartlessness & Cruelty for no reason other than being evil will get you NO where… I foresee this apartment community being shutdown to the ashes it deserves to be!

This company is horrible and ridiculous. I’m a new tenant at Saint Martins apartments in Mccomb Ms, and they sold me the apartment knowingly that the apartment wasn’t clean and it was infested with roaches, spiders, and other bugs I’ve never seen before. Was told that they don’t leave apartments units vacant so soon after someone leaves r moves out another tenant can move in. My experience with this company is no where satisfying and it not safe of the living conditions they have people in. My apartment smelled mildew annd was mildewed ,infested with every bug u can name, refrigerator was molded along with black spots top to bottom , Carpet plum dirty, filter never been change, walls needed to be painted . They r scammers as well and will not help u at all. Once they realized your phone number they stop answering your calls. Very very very unprofessional

In Sulphur La there's a complex that the residents are thinking about a class action law suit because of extremely poor maintenance of the property. One had no hot water heater that works a man with COPD given an upstairs apartment dryer vents that are clogged amongst a treasure trove of descrpences. The ball is in your side of the court.... play ball or reap the concuwuices

I worked here for over 3 months. This company is very unprofessional. The office staff in corporate office in New Orleans are very unprofessional and unfriendly. This company owed me well over $1300.00 for work that I did while employed. This company takes people's money and tries to keep it. property managers .....Holley Hungate and Shelley Brown forge people's signatures to many documents and I have proof. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

Recently rented an apartment at Martindale Apartments in Martindale Texas. Was the worst experience my children and i could of had. The knowingly tried to place us in an apartment that was infested with bed bugs. After staying one night i asked for a refund and have been told its being processed. For a company that recieves FEDERAL FUNDING this is fraud and completely unfair.
