Sam Jr. went out of his way to craft an estate plan for my family. His thoroughness was above and beyond my expectations! I was referred by a friend who spoke highly of Sam's work-ethic. Sam exceeded those expectations.

Not the right place to Go. I would not go to this group next time. They filed my extension - and never filed my taxes. Not getting any responsible answer from who Ever picks the phone. Sam is the only person - and they never let you talk to him. I sent a PDF image - they say they could not read it. Would like the Tax consultant to spend atleast 15 Mts with you and review your papers - that does not happen. Sam says the cost is little over 200$ but the Bill comes up to 300$ and they say sam would never quote a price.

Great experience doing my taxes. The refund was more than I expected. A bit busy as most of them are, so it took s couple weeks before my taxes where done. You pay after he does them, and once you pay they get sent out. Cost $275 for me. Going back again!!!

As of June we have not received our return. We called to inquire why and were told we didn't respond to their email they sent twice. I never received the email and was astonished that a company that deals with time sensitive information did not call to follow up. From the get go I received nothing but attitude and said as much to the lady and that is not appropriate to be rude when they haven't completed the work they are paid for. Her reply was to get increasingly rude with "Now you listen to me" at which point if had enough and said "Ma'am, don't you say that to me, you listen to ME, file the taxes, I'll pay you what I need to, and we'll never use you again." Her professional reply? She hung up! Last year they charged us $650. Suffice it to say, we will not be using a company that lacks common business sense again.

I've been using then since 1990 for personal & business . Am quite satisfied
