I pay the monthly fee without interruption and used the service only once, for a will. The firm will not reply to an email, or return a phone call. I tried both several times. I am occasionally able to speak to an associate when i call, if I'm willing to wait for more than 10 minutes while on hold. But the representative never offers a solution, only to have someone call. Then, surprise surprise, no one we get calls. It's a complete SCAM!
