Charges are 3-4 times and the service is zerooo. Super rude person Not wanting to help the client and please avoid if you can because if you are buying a house u don't want bad experience to start with. Because of rudeness m giving 1 star. To give fees i have no problem.

We had a great experience with Sital’s offices, my fiancé closed on a condo with him 3 months ago and I recently closed on a condo I purchased. Everything was a quick and efficient process, both were 60 day closings. He worked smoothly with my bank and title company. Would highly recommend!

I had a very bad experience with this greedy lawyer! I asked him about his fee disclosure at the beginning, he tried his best to skip to answer of that question and he was rushed to get the contract from seller attorney. He charged me 3 times more than a usual lawyer fee. He was not helpfull at all through out the deal. I was feeling him as a scam and fraud lawyer all the time! He did not even come to the closing table. Be carefull of hiring him!

I bought my house 10 years ago, I still wanted to erase that experience from my mind. I never had such a horrible experience in my life. Our contract was for $700. Finally I ended up with $3200. After paying all these money Mr Shah gave me 30 seconds to get our from this house. Please beware..
