Due to unfortunate events beyond my control, I was in need of immediate legal representation in mid-2017, with my case being concluded in January 2018. Sneaky, and money hungry. But good with his words. nWe went to talk with this attorney about my case, he said he could fight it in 3 to 4 hours and quoted 300 an hour(which is high quote comparitivly) but probably won't go over 900. I paid this and crossed my fingers signed papers which included on the receipt a hidden clause saying he can take money off my credit card whenever he likes. The way he had papers folded made me think I was just signing a credit card receipt.nnThe day of court came, we were there for about 2 hours. I didn't even make it home after court when I got a notification he took another 900 off my credit card, with no invoice before or option to pay a different way, or an explanation why I am paying double what he quoted. The invoice he sent AFTER he charged my card again without my knowledge made no sense, even the court hours I had just attended was listed as more time than it actually was. And even charged an hour, 300$, for our consiltation while I have proof I was there for 30 minutes tops, and even didn't expect to be charged for choosing to trust and pay him.. nnAlso, he never once told me sr-22 bond was an option in my case, he made me believe all issues and debts just go away because he has '30 year of experience'. But it's worse and more expensive than the issue I came to Mancuso with in the first place. nnHis 30 years of experience shows he know how to take advantage of the system and his clients. Be careful. I have delt with many lawyers he is one of those lawyers that doesn'tcare who's blood is in the water.n nHe is a very nice man but I would not recommend him unless you have alot of money to throw away...
