I started my process in November of 2017 and it took approximately 7 months to receive my Permanent Resident Card. When I initially went in to get a consultation things were ok, then as time progressed, I was switched attorneys and legal assistants twice without notification and no communication. I had to call every day and leave messages. Which no one ever returned or answered. I would email the emails provided, only to find out they were no longer my representatives. Their lack of communication was very frustrating. I also submitted all info needed and some of it was never placed in my file. I paid 7k including Gov. Fees, and also travel fees, as I traveled 2 and a half hrs to my appt. You would think paying that high amt and traveling to be at this firm, their communication, organization, and keeping an employee would be expected. I did achieve my approved status and for that I am grateful, but I didn't care for my attorney always telling, "google it."

After our wedding, my wife and I sought the aid of Money Gordon Zeller to get her permanent residency. They were successful. We worked with Claudia, who was wonderful. In general, they gave us much-needed peace of mind through the process and were always happy to answer any questions that we had. All in all, we had a great experience.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS FIRM! I am an American born citizen and wife of an immigrant, that has no criminal record. We have been married 11 years and have 3 daughters here in the U.S. We began our case with Manny and Gordon in January 2013. We have had a $0 balance since the first year. We keep getting passed to different Attorneys/Paralegals. One of those Attorneys gave some bad advice, that caused a large delay and distraction from what we originally planned for my husband's case. We keep hearing excuses that when we are passed to a new Attorney/Paralegal that "our case is put on the back burner" or misplaced. They continue to ask for papers that have already been turned in, saying now they are too old or have been misplaced. It is completely unacceptable that my family has had to go through this! Our case has not be given the attention or follow through that was expected! I hope my story helps someone in this situation avoid the problems that come with this firm.nnBrittney DerasnnP.S. I just noticed that I said we started our case in 2013, as of today we are still waiting on our wavier to be completed. I don't see any change in status for my husband anytime soon.

Although my attorney and assistant aren't always in their office to answer my calls they always get back to me in a timely manner and they are super attentive! The firm has gone through many personnel changes in the time I've been there but it seems that they finally have a reliable team. The new managing attorney, Caterina Kretz, is amazing to work with and very understanding. I highly recommend them. This office has really improved from a year in a half ago, when I first started working with them.
