By far the worst business interaction I've ever had. Florida laws have allowed HOA communities to use companies like this to legally extort homeowners. Shame on Florida, shame on Rizetta and company HOA for not being clear with homeowners and shame on Mankin for their participation in these scams. Floridians need to rally around change by boycotting HOA's!

I'm renting a property and regardless of the issues the owner has...it is not my problem. I'm just a tenant. However, MANKIN keeps sending certified mail address to "Current Customer" and then our address! Very Unprofessional! This is harassment. If you need to send any communication to the owner you know his address but leave me alone!

Should not be practicing. Places improper liens on property. HOA's use this scam artist. Tried to say I still had a lien when I was to sell but it was contested almost a year before. Even tried to charge for a title search. If you were not inept you would have seen it when actually doing a title search! Just another reason for hoa reform in my complaints to the state. Sarah, most are for improper fines and not about dues!! Go back to doing all of your 1 star only reviews except this one. I doubt you are a real reviewer.

They have successfully collected money for HOA's and COA's all over Florida who are struggling due to non paying owners. nnCollections firm so there will of course be bad reviews from those who have been turned over for collections. Not accurate reviews.

Stay away from the scam artist lawyer, I wouldn't go to this lawyer if he was the last lawyer in Florida. Nothing but a scammer.
