This firm took a personal interest in ME as well as my claim. EVERY phone call, email and text was answered and/or returned. The legal process was explained to me so that I would understand and I basically did'n't need to concern myself with anything except to take care of my health. When it was all said and done Mr. Jones was able to settle my claim for the max with 2 separate insurance companies! But I mostly appreciate how I was treated throughout the whole ordeal.
