There was an attorney who caused significant delays, almost up to the statute of limitations, before taking action. Considering my case was on a contingency basis, this waiting period caused some concern, as the fee agreement is time-dependent. This experience left me questioning the reasons behind such a delay, although I ultimately settled my case. However, I believe it could have settled with better results. If an attorney is too busy to handle a case promptly, it would be advisable not to have a client sign a retainer without ensuring timely progress. Despite this isolated incident, I firmly believe in the strength of the Manning Law Firm as a whole.
