I would not recommend using this law firm. They represented me from a bad car accident I was in. It took more than a year to settle, during that time I went through 4 different lawyers that left the firm and just as many paralegals it was very confusing working with so many different people. It makes you wonder why so many people quit their law firm within a year's time. They settled my case, but I still have outstanding medical bills which they never settled. I would definitely say they lack professionalism and very bad communication.

Zachary was great. Happy with my settlement from an auto accident in Feb. 2021. They take a little bit of time, but with patience, comes great rewards. Highly recommend having this law firm represent you.

Very bad experience with this office. I fell in accident 07/15/2021 already for more than a year I still try to call the Balaban lawyer for an update and is permanently busy or not in office. Never call back after I leave a voicemail. Around 9 months they expected an estimate from phizicaltherapy that I was able to found in one hour and sent it to them. I feel like they do nothing, and they don't care about my case at all. I do not recommend them anyone!!! ????????????

I was in an accident last year with so many firms to choose from I went with Marcari as the process was started with a home visit due to my accident being in Charlotte. Zachary Poole aka Zac my lawyer has been easy to speak with and always explains everything to the tee! There was a little mishap in communication when my paralegal Jessica transitioned to other opportunities, however Zac was sure to rectify the lines of communication immediately! The staff that answers the phone lines are always pleasant and easy going! The timeframes provided by Zac were pretty within the timeframes he provided. As I reside near Raleigh, I am able to have access to sign off on any items through the local office and they in turn work with the Charlotte office which is great! Zac has been one of the best lawyers to work with as I know I can be a little extra at times!

This is a great law firm. They check on you and keep you informed and updated with every step of your case. I would highly recommend them. Their expertise and professionalism is unmatched.
