Do not expect to get any accounting statements. I’ve asked multiple times and it is 3 to 4 months at best. Also wrongly filed my contempt orders against my ex wasting months of time. The judge and opposing counsel had to explain to him why he filed it wrong. Filed it under remedial rather than punitive and even after the judge said it was filed wrong, Mark still told me he did it correct. He is refusing to not charge me for his lack of knowledge and not following procedure correctly. Earlier in the case he testified on my behalf and refused to testify for me that two of my kids should not be left alone after one admitted to assaulting the other. Told me the judge would never approve that. I had to speak up at the end of that hearing and the judge quickly agreed and ordered that they be supervised and not left alone. Mark likes to call himself “The Expert”. He clearly does not know everything and is incapable of admitting it. Many more issues I will be taking to DORA and the Colorado Bar Association if I do not get refunded. Please be aware before hiring him. ** UPDATE - After posting my review Mark tried to bribe me with $500 to remove this review. Also made excuses that he had personal issues going on that effected his ability. No concern for my kids issues caused by his lack of follow through. If he truly had personal issues that effected his ability to handle my case then he should have referred me to someone else or volunteered to re file the contempt correctly free of charge or refunded me the countless hours (thousands of dollars) he charged me for and was over his head. Months later and I still haven’t received a court signed copy of the parenting agreement.

Mark Adams is a fantastic attorney. He represented me during my divorce. I was well supported and satisfied with the outcome. Mark is a very reasonable person, and knows the court system well. He is honest and acts with integrity. I trust him. I hope to never have to use him again, but if I did have a legal situation, I would contact Mark in a heartbeat.
