This is the worst lawyer I have ever retained. He didn't know what he was doing and did not provide me with the best advice. Then, when I was incarcerated he completely forgot about me, stopped taking calls from my wife, my father, and my whole family. When I was in jail I asked a social worker to reach out to him. She came back and said that he yelled at her on the phone- "what do you think I am a piker?"- whatever that means. nnI suggest before you consider letting this man represent you, perhaps consider representing yourself.
