Mark J. Lavelle, Attorney at Law

Mark is amazing and I highly recommend him. When he has information he communicates it with you. He has become a friend through working with him and he cares about his clients. He is down to earth and has an actual personality.

Incredibly bad communication. We engaged Mark Lavelle and he ghosted us. We tried contacting Mark Lavelle on numerous occasions over multiple weeks via phone and email regarding a time sensitive issue. He did not return our calls or emails. He also refuses to provide direct contact information and filters all communication through his secretary. He literally does not take phone calls or emails. The silver lining is we discovered his inept legal prowess prior to his actual representation. Don't waste your time on him because he obviously feels his time is wasted on clients.

Unbelievably unprofessional, I’ve never heard an attorney speak to a client the way he does. Did not follow any direction of his client or any of the evidence provided…. Then released his client. Multiple times witnesses took off of work to be at court, none of which he used any of us. Having his client go forward with a custody hearing which he said would be a no brainer and would come out with a win. Opposite. Complete opposite. If you want an attorney who does the opposite of what you’re fighting for then this is your man!! Unreal.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Poor communication, poor work ethics. Atty didn't even know if the child in question was a he or she! He kept calling him a girl. The office sent me a letter telling me my court date was on a Sunday. Never prepared and allowed other attorneys to bully you. Do not put yourself through the stress, this Attorney doesn't care about his clients at all. Oh and if you hire him and he says, "I'll give you a call in a few days." That was months ago and I still never received that call, even after calling his staff twice and requesting one. He will just drop you rather than be honest with you. Shameful.

Don't waste your money on this lawyer he does nothing for your case and is very rude! He's more on the other side defending and not you! Very poor communication and and doesn't do a dam thing! Once he gets your money there's no communication. He'll play you like he's gonna do something and is on your side but never does anything. He is hard to get a hold of and never gets back to you. Please take my advise don't waste your money he won't be on your side. Also he already has been in trouble with the Bar Association please look it up! I wish I would've before I wasted my money!
