This lawyer's scam is to find the slightest difficulty in your case and blow it out of proportion in order to scare or discourage you from filing for a visa. At one point he mocked me in front of my spouse and asked if "they really wanted to be married to me". He will talk for an hour negatively and pretensiously and then take your $150 for the consultation. He is the prototypical lizard person lawyer. Avoid at all costs.
